How does Fast CMA work?
Fast CMA updates hourly from the MLS to provide comps for you. By selecting the criteria of important CMA parameters, you can access the transaction data in the area to come up with a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA).
Where is Fast CMA available?
Austin: We expect to be available in the Austin metropolitan area by October 2017 - all counties covered by ABOR will be covered. For more information, visit ABOR.com
Dallas-Fort Worth: we are currently in 10 counties in NTREIS - Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Parker, Kaufman, Grayson, and Cooke County. We are looking to add all counties in NTREIS this year (2017). For more information, visit NTREIS.net
Houston: We are in the Houston metropolitan area - all counties covered by HAR. For more information, visit HAR.com

How Accurate is your Estimated Market Valuation?
It is as accurate as the comps you choose. Our research team has spent years improving the CMA generation algorithm, but computers are not perfect. For example, the computer cannot understand the condition of the homes, and therefore cannot give you an estimate of repairs, which is vital in the due diligence process
The computer generated Estimated Market Value is a starting point. You still need to do your analysis before placing an offer.
Check the Sold Comps table and make sure the comps are indeed comparable to the subject property. Also, always visit the property and come up with an repairs estimate before placing an offer.
Time is of the essence and the first to place an offer is more likely to win the deals. Run your numbers, trust your numbers, act swiftly and decisively, and you will win the deals.

After subscribing, follow our email instructions for the paperwork necessary to set up your service.
I just signed up. Now what?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly with an electronic Docusign agreement. Once you have signed the form electronically, we will set up your login.
How do I whitelist Fast CMA?

Can I change plans?
Absolutely. You can change plans at any time. With any upgrade or downgrade in plans, you will be credited pro rata for the time remaining in the current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards online from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card, and you will be billed in US Dollars. We do not accept checks, postal orders, or pay by phone.
When will I be billed?
You will be billed monthly starting on the day you pay. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be billed again.
Are there any cancellation fees?
No. The plan you choose is for one user for a fixed fee per month. We do not have any other fees or charges.
Do I have to sign a fixed term contract?
Unless you have signed up for the 6-month option, which is paid up front, this is a pay-per-month service and your credit card will be billed each month. There are no long-term contracts and you may cancel any time. If you cancel the service, you will never be billed again. Once the payment is accepted, the amount is nonrefundable.
